This policy applies to all current and former employees, officers, interns, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other third parties associated with Lacuna Space Ltd.
3. Definition of Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing is the disclosure of information related to suspected wrongdoing or dangers at work. This may include:
- Criminal activity
- Failure to comply with legal or regulatory obligations

4. Reporting Channels
Concerns can be reported directly to your line manager or directly to rob@lacuna-space.com
5. Anonymity and Confidentiality
Reports can be made anonymously. All disclosures will be treated confidentially and shared only with those responsible for investigating and resolving the concern.
6. Protection Against Retaliation
Lacuna Space Ltd prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Any act of retaliation will be treated as a disciplinary matter and may lead to dismissal.
7. Investigation Process
- All concerns will be logged and reviewed promptly.
- An initial assessment will be made to determine the scope of any investigation.
- Where appropriate, an internal or external investigator will be appointed.
- The whistleblower will be kept informed of progress and the outcome, where possible.
8. Malicious Allegations
Allegations made maliciously or with knowledge of their falsity may result in disciplinary action.
9. Responsibilities
- All Employees: Encouraged to report any concerns.
- Managers: Must support and protect whistleblowers.
- Whistleblowing Officer: Responsible for managing the process and ensuring policy compliance.
10. Review and Communication
This policy will be reviewed annually. It will be communicated to all employees and available via the company intranet.
